The hotel is centrally located, making exploration easy.
Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room was outdated, with windows that did not seal properly, allowing cold drafts to seep in. The shower was exceedingly cramped. Upon check-out, I noticed money missing from my room, and the front desk staff were unhelpful and indifferent regarding the incident.

The breakfast was sensational with plenty of delicious scrambled eggs, bacon and cakes. Its location was very central, 400 metres from an art museum. Area around had plenty of choice for meals and drinks,...

Despite being in a very touristic spot, room was very quite
I believe the Hotel got the 4th star because of its location. Breakfast was not aligned: very basic choice, cofee was terribly bad...orange juice was red. Shower deck very tiny: Impossible to get a shower without the curtains being stick on your skin. Rooms need some renovation. Another couple got a very nice bathroom but very bad beds... I guess, here, should you improve in one way you have to be worst in an other. Conclusion: it might be worth to get something better not that in the center: Pisa is very easy and nice to walk

close to the campo and within walking distance to the river.
The hotel web page said this: The Hotel Roof Garden, one of the most exciting, panoramic terraces in the city, not only offers an incomparable view but also the excitement of sipping on an aperitif as the last couple of lights left in the city color all of the architecture of the most famous square in Italy with a brilliant red. However, there is nothing there! An old tar roof and what may have been at one time a place to have drinks. Really disappointing!!

The rooftop terrace stands out, offering amazing views of the Leaning Tower. The breakfast was a delight as it included really good pastries and fresh selections, ensuring a great start to the day. The quick check-in process and the ambiance around the hotel. The room could benefit from some modern updates to enhance comfort further.
